Finishing and delivery

After checking the specifications, size and availability shown on the product page, we select materials, assemble or arrange the piece, secure it and complete a final inspection. We will contact you individually if additional time is needed.

Estimated delivery

Orders are usually expected to arrive within 15–30 days after ordering. Timing may vary with the destination, availability, international transport, customs clearance, carrier, weather and busy periods. Arrival dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Delivery regions, shipping fees and taxes

Available destinations, shipping charges and the treatment of customs duties and import taxes are shown before completing your purchase. Products without these conditions displayed are not offered for sale.

Tracking and addresses

If tracking is available for your shipping method, we will provide the number after dispatch. Address changes may not be possible after an order is confirmed. Please check your name, postal code, address and phone number before ordering.

Missing or returned deliveries

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or a parcel is returned, contact us with your order number. If redelivery is needed because of an incorrect address, prolonged absence or refusal of delivery, we will review the circumstances and explain any redelivery charge.
